Self-Exploration Tests
Tools for observation and conscious choice
Self-Exploration Tests are calm, author-designed tools inside LifeOctave. They are created for observation, reflection, and attentive work with personal questions. These tests do not evaluate, diagnose, or provide ready answers.
What These Tests Are
The tests are based on date-related structures and authorial systems connecting numbers, sound sequences, and color spectra. They are designed to create a focused space where attention can slow down and internal responses can be noticed.
Scale Test
Scale Test is a musical test built on sound sequences related to the date of birth. During the test, attention is directed toward sound perception and its progression.
This format may be used as a way to temporarily step away from external noise, gather attention around a question or situation, and observe how different sound structures are internally perceived.

Color Test
Color Test is based on the relationship between numbers, frequencies, and spectral colors. Each color in the test may correspond to certain themes or spheres of life.
After entering a date of birth, a color and its descriptive context are formed.
The results are not recommendations and do not establish rules. They may be used as a point of reference for observation and reflection.

Number Test
Number Test is a non-analytical self-reflection format. It works with spontaneous numerical choice.
The result opens a metaphorical decoding used for quiet observation rather than interpretation or guidance.
