About the Sound Psychomatrix

The Sound Psychomatrix is an author-developed method for creating individual musical compositions based on a person's date of birth, numerical analysis, and a specially calculated sound structure.

The method was developed by Anna Notagama in 2020 and became the result of more than eleven years of research into numerical psychomatrices and patterns of human perception.

In 2024, after four years of practical work and further research, the Sound Psychomatrix took shape as an independent method.

Why Sound Psychomatrices Are Created

Each Sound Psychomatrix is created individually, based on the numerical structure of a person's date of birth.

Its purpose is to help a person move closer to a more harmonious inner state and restore balance between their inner resources, thoughts, reactions, and ways of interacting with life through a specially calculated sound composition.

In everyday life, people often act under the influence of automatic inner patterns, familiar scenarios, and internal contradictions. These patterns do not always help a person move forward. Sometimes they become the cause of recurring difficulties, doubts, or the feeling that a person is not living in full alignment with their potential.

The Sound Psychomatrix is created as a tool for tuning the inner state. Its musical structure is formed on the basis of individual numerical patterns and helps a person gradually shift attention from inner tension and chaos toward greater focus, clarity, and inner coherence.

The aim of the method is not to change a person's personality, but to help them better reveal the qualities and inner resources already present within their own structure.

Sound as a Tool for Inner Tuning

In the Sound Psychomatrix method, music is not treated as background sound or entertainment.

Each composition is created as an integrated sound system in which musical timbres, frequencies, and structure interact with one another in a specific way.

The purpose of such a composition is to create conditions in which a person can gradually step out of habitual inner tension, reduce informational noise, and attune to a more stable and whole perception of themselves.

Here, sound is not used to transmit ready-made meanings or suggestions. It becomes an environment through which a person interacts with their inner state and their own resources.

Mathematics and Musical Structure

The foundation of the method is the understanding of sound as a system with its own inner organization and patterns.

Individual numerical formulas and mathematical models are used to create each composition. They help build a musical structure that does not impose ready-made conclusions or interpretations on a person.

Instead, the music creates conditions for personal experience and independent observation of one's thoughts, emotions, and states.

The Role of Natural Sounds

The compositions may include birdsong and other natural sounds.

Natural sound is perceived by the human system in an organic way and helps create a calm acoustic environment. In combination with musical instruments, it forms a sense of wholeness and gentle immersion in the listening process.

Numbers, Dates, and Musical Structure

Interest in numbers and dates as a way of understanding life processes has existed for many decades.

Across different research fields, attempts have been made to explore how recurring life cycles, significant dates, and individual characteristics are connected with a person's experience, choices, and perception of the world.

Anne Ancelin Schützenberger made a significant contribution to the study of life cycles by researching the influence of meaningful events and recurring patterns on a person's life. Mathematician and educator Alexander Alexandrov, in turn, considered numerical matrices as a way to systematize personal characteristics and inner resources.

The Sound Psychomatrix method draws on this broader research context, but transfers it into the field of sound.

Here, numerical patterns are not used for predictions or forecasts. They serve as the foundation for building an individual musical structure.

Based on numerical calculation, a unique composition is created in which mathematical relationships are translated into the language of musical forms, timbres, and sound interactions.

In this way, the date of birth becomes the starting point for creating a personal sound architecture, which a person interacts with through attentive listening.

How a Sound Psychomatrix Is Created

Each composition is created individually, based on a person's date of birth and the information they provide when placing an order.

The date of birth is used as the initial numerical code for building a unique sound structure.

All Sound Psychomatrices are created manually. Artificial intelligence is not used in the calculations or in the creation of the musical material.

The preparation of one composition usually takes from 5 to 14 days, depending on the complexity of the calculations and the specifics of the request.

Together with the Sound Psychomatrix, you receive recommendations for its use and a description of the principles behind the method.

Area of Application

Sound Psychomatrices are not created according to a universal template and do not belong to a fixed set of themes or states.

Each composition is developed individually, based on a person's date of birth, current life situation, questions, and the tasks they bring.

The direction of the work is determined after analyzing the information provided and depends on the inner processes, experiences, difficulties, or goals that are most relevant to the person at this particular stage of life.

For one person, the focus may be connected with emotional stability and inner balance. For another, it may relate to decision-making, relationships, professional realization, self-confidence, or other life questions.

This is why each Sound Psychomatrix has its own structure and is created for an individual request, rather than for a predefined category.

Important Information

The Sound Psychomatrix is not a medical, psychological, or psychotherapeutic method and does not replace the support of qualified specialists.

The effect of interacting with sound is always individual and depends on the perception of each specific person.

The method involves personal participation and attentive interaction with the musical composition. Responsibility for any decisions and actions taken while using the method remains with the user.

Safety

When driving a vehicle, only special programs designed to support concentration may be used.

All other Sound Psychomatrix formats are not intended for listening while driving.

The materials of this project are created for self-observation, inspiration, and personal development. They do not replace professional consultations with specialists.

Music is essential for purifying the soul, healing the body and can help solve any mystery.
