By using our website or submitting an order form, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information You Provide
We collect personal information you voluntarily provide when filling out forms on our website, including but not limited to:

- Email address
- Date of birth
- Gender, when requested for your order
- Information you submit about other individuals as part of a NUMERA order, such as names, dates of birth, gender, relationship details, life-area questions, and optional comments
- Any additional details you choose to include in free-text fields
When you place a NUMERA order, the form may ask for information about you and, where relevant, about family members or other people you choose to include. By submitting the form, you confirm that you have the right to provide any personal data you submit about third parties for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
When you place a Sound Psychomatrix order, we typically collect your name, date of birth, and email address to create your personalized sound composition.
We may also collect optional marketing preferences if you choose to receive updates or special offers.
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
We may collect technical information such as browser type, device information, IP address, general usage data, and similar non-content data when you use our website.
On parts of our website where we display a cookie consent banner, certain analytics and advertising measurement tools are used only if you choose “Accept All”. If you choose “Reject,” those tools are not loaded. See Section 9 for details.
These marketing and analytics tools are not used on LifeOctave App marketing pages at lifeoctave.com/app, which are covered by our App Privacy Policy.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your data only for the following purposes:
- To process and fulfill your NUMERA order and prepare your personalized numerological analysis or related deliverables
- To create your personalized Sound Psychomatrix music track and related sound-based calculations or structural parameters used in the composition process
- To contact you regarding your request, order, delivery, or support inquiry
- To send you occasional updates or special offers, only where you have given consent
- To improve our website and services through analytics
- To measure the performance of our advertising and understand how visitors find our website, only where you have accepted analytics and marketing cookies

To provide certain features, we may send necessary non-identifiable data (such as generated numerical parameters, structural codes, or other technical inputs derived from your order) to trusted third-party AI processing services, including OpenAI.

We do not store or process your payment card details directly on our servers.
All payments are securely processed via third-party payment processors (such as Stripe), which comply with PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) security requirements.

9.1 Essential Cookies and Preferences

On the main website areas where we offer our web services (including our home page, NUMERA, Sound Psychomatrix, and related site pages), we display a cookie consent banner with two choices:

- Reject — those scripts are not loaded and those cookies are not set by us for those purposes

This banner is not shown on LifeOctave App marketing pages at lifeoctave.com/app. Those pages do not use the analytics and advertising tools described in Section 9.3.

9.3 Analytics and Advertising Tools (After Consent Only)
If you click Accept All, we load third-party tools that help us understand website traffic and measure advertising performance. These tools are provided by:
- Google Analytics 4 (Google)
- Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms)
- TikTok Pixel (TikTok)
These tools may collect information such as:
- Pages viewed and general navigation on our website
- Referring website or campaign source
- Browser type, device type, operating system, and language
- IP address and approximate location derived from it
- Date and time of visits
- Cookie identifiers set by these providers on our domain
We use this information to understand how our website is used, improve our services, and measure whether our advertising leads visitors to our website. We do not sell your personal information.
At this time, we configure these tools to collect basic page-view and traffic measurement data. We do not enable advanced automatic matching of form fields or enhanced behavioral tracking features in these tools.
Data collected through these tools may be processed in the United States or other countries where these providers operate. Those providers act as independent controllers or processors under their own terms and privacy policies.
9.4 Withdrawing Consent
If you previously accepted cookies, you can withdraw consent by clearing site data or cookies for lifeoctave.com in your browser settings. On your next visit, the cookie banner will appear again and you may choose Reject.
If you choose Reject, analytics and advertising measurement scripts described in Section 9.3 are not initialized on your visit.
10. Children’s Privacy
Our web order services are not directed to individuals under the age of 16.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16 for our own account or marketing purposes.
A NUMERA order may include information about children or other family members only when submitted by an adult who confirms they have the right to provide that information for order fulfillment. If you believe we have collected personal data from a child without appropriate authorization, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

If you access our services from outside the United States, please note that your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States or other countries where we or our service providers operate.

12. Personal Use of Digital Products
12.1 Sound Psychomatrix
Digital music products delivered through a Sound Psychomatrix order are intended for personal use only, except where a custom commissioned track is covered by the personal and commercial license described in our Terms of Use (Section 4.1).
Unless that Section 4.1 license applies, commercial use, resale, sharing with third parties, public distribution, or uploading to any online platform is strictly prohibited unless expressly permitted in writing.
12.2 NUMERA
NUMERA reports, analyses, and related deliverables are intended for your personal use and reflection unless otherwise agreed in writing. You may not resell, publicly redistribute, or commercially exploit these materials without our prior permission.
