This Payment & Refund Policy applies to purchases made through the website LifeOctave (lifeoctave.com), including NUMERA, Sound Psychomatrix, personalized consultations, personalized reports, audio works, analyses, digital materials, and related web-based services (collectively, the “Service”).
1. Payments
Payments for LifeOctave web-based services may be processed through third-party payment providers, including Stripe.
LifeOctave does not directly collect or store full payment card details. Payment information is processed by the applicable payment provider according to its own security standards, terms, and privacy practices.
By making a purchase through the website, you agree to pay the listed price for the selected service at the time of checkout. Prices, available payment methods, taxes, fees, and currency may be displayed during the checkout process.
A payment confirmation, receipt, or transaction record may be provided by LifeOctave, Stripe, or another payment provider used for the transaction.
Stripe or another payment provider appearing on your bank or card statement does not change the nature of the purchase. The purchased service is provided by LifeOctave, subject to this Payment & Refund Policy and the applicable Terms of Use.
2. All Sales Are Final
All purchases made through LifeOctave are final and non-refundable.
Because LifeOctave provides digital, personalized, creative, interpretive, and/or consultation-based services, refunds are not offered once a purchase is completed, except where required by applicable law or as expressly stated in this Payment & Refund Policy.
3. Digital and Personalized Services
LifeOctave services may include, but are not limited to, NUMERA analyses, Sound Psychomatrix materials, personalized audio works, written interpretations, consultation-related materials, reports, digital content, and other web-based services.
These services may involve individualized preparation, personal data review, creative work, interpretation, digital delivery, or scheduled consultation time. For this reason, purchases are not refundable based on change of mind, personal expectations, subjective experience, interpretation, dissatisfaction, or perceived lack of results.
4. Consultations and Personalized Work
Payments for consultations, personalized analyses, NUMERA services, Sound Psychomatrix work, and other individualized services reserve time, preparation, and creative or analytical work.
Refunds are not provided if:
- You change your mind after purchase
- You no longer wish to use the service
- You miss a consultation or fail to attend at the scheduled time
- You provide incorrect information after work has begun
- You are dissatisfied with the interpretation, format, tone, content, or subjective experience
- You believe the service did not produce a specific result, outcome, benefit, or personal effect
5. Limited Exceptions
A refund or other resolution may be considered only in the following limited situations:
- Duplicate payment for the same service or order
- A technical or delivery issue caused by LifeOctave that prevents access to a purchased digital material and cannot reasonably be corrected or resolved
These situations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. A technical or delivery issue does not automatically create a right to a refund if the issue can be corrected, replaced, resent, rescheduled, or otherwise reasonably resolved.
