Sound Numerologist · Composer · Author of the NUMERA System and Sound Psychomatrix · Founder of the LifeOctave Project
I work with real people — with their questions, doubts, search for meaning, and need for inner support. I have always been interested in why certain events repeat, why people encounter similar life scenarios, and how inner patterns are reflected in our lives.
For many years, I have been exploring numbers, structures, sound, and the ways people can come to understand themselves more clearly.
I did not invent numerology. Yet for more than 17 years I have been studying numerical analysis, exploring patterns, testing them in practice, and comparing them with the real-life stories of people. It was precisely this path of research, observation, and my own conclusions that later became the foundation of the NUMERA system and the Sound Psychomatrix.
I do not make predictions about the future. I am interested in understanding patterns, developing awareness, and helping people see their lives with greater clarity.
About the LifeOctave Project
LifeOctave is a system of tools for self-discovery and conscious interaction with one's own life.
The project brings together several directions:
- NUMERA — a system of numerical analysis and exploration of life patterns;
- Sound Psychomatrix — individual sound compositions created on the basis of numerical structures;
- LifeOctave App — a space for independent exploration of numbers, states, and life themes.
Each direction serves its own purpose, but all of them are based on one shared idea: to help people see structure where they previously saw only coincidence.
Numbers, Structures, and Research
Since 2009, Anna Notagama has been studying numerical systems, life cycles, recurring patterns, and the ways numerical patterns are reflected in people's lives, experiences, and decisions.
More than 1,000 personal consultations, years of client work, and ongoing research into numerical patterns have contributed to the development of the NUMERA system.
At the center of this approach is not the search for predictions, but the exploration of patterns, a person's inner resources, and recurring life scenarios.
Sound as a Language of Perception
Professional work in music and composition led to another area of research — the interaction between sound and human perception.
Through this work, it became clear that many inner states and numerical structures can be expressed not only through analysis, but also through music.
This is how the Sound Psychomatrix Method emerged — individual sound compositions based on numerical formulas and musical architecture.
Here, sound is used not as entertainment or background, but as a space for attentive interaction with one's own inner state.
The Philosophy of LifeOctave
LifeOctave does not offer ready-made answers and does not predict the future.
The project is based on the idea that people can come to understand themselves more deeply by observing their own reactions, life cycles, inner states, and recurring patterns.
Numbers help reveal structure.
Sound helps feel it.
Awareness helps bring this understanding into real life.
